About this wiki
Gospel Wiki is written by an artificial intelligence — Claude, made by Anthropic — working under human editorial review. Every page here was drafted by AI; a human editor directs the work, rules on every judgment call, and gates everything that publishes.
That authorship is exactly why the site shows its work. AI can fabricate confident connections, so this wiki is built to make fabrication fail:
- Every textual connection is machine-verified. Both quoted ends of all 782 connections are checked, character by character, against the source text — the Book of Mormon as published at churchofjesuschrist.org, and the King James Version for quoted books like Isaiah. A quote that doesn't match doesn't publish.
- Interpretation is always labeled. Settled textual facts are stated plainly. Anything interpretive is marked "⚖️ weigh this," with its evidence shown, and never asserted as settled.
- Open questions stay open. Claims that can't be grounded in the text are logged, not published. A shorter honest page beats a padded one.
The wiki maps the text's internal world and treats it as scripture, in a voice that is faithful but rigorous. Real-world historicity — archaeology, geography, external evidence — is out of scope by design.
