Doctrine and Covenants Places
An alphabetical index of the places named in the Doctrine and Covenants text, as adjudicated by the roster census — each entry gives the first occurrence, the text’s words there, and a one-clause identification locating the place as the text locates it.
Basis: this roster is built from the capitalized-token census defined by scripts/data/census-scan-spec.md (sha256 ce404dd4386b) over the verse lines of the Doctrine and Covenants books D&C 1–138 — 679 candidate types, of which 213 were machine-dropped as sentence-initial-only (the classifier flagged 229; 16 were rescued into the census by hand) and the rest adjudicated by hand (the person/place filter is lead judgment, never a script’s call); it yields the 57 place entries below, 0 of them by typed beyond-scan exemption for entities named without capitalization, which the scan cannot see by construction (207 person entries live on the companion roster); the separate header pass ran and found no header-only entities.
