Divergences: 3 Nephi 'For this, the waters of Noah unto me' drops the KJV's 'is as' ('For this is as the waters of Noah'); and 3 Nephi ends 'wroth with thee' where Isaiah 54:9 adds 'nor rebuke thee'. 22:10 continues the oath ('the mountains shall depart… but my kindness shall not depart… neither shall the covenant of my peace be removed').
