Under the carrying rule for explicit enumerations, the citation covers Ezra 2:61 as well; the sentence the D&C points at runs across both verses, since "the children of the priests" who "sought their register" (Ezra 2:62) are identified in Ezra 2:61. The D&C names Ezra as the source; it does not quote either verse's wording, so the connection is the citation itself.
