Two touch-centered appearances of Christ read as a pair bracketing the incarnation (not the two most tactile: 3 Nephi 18:36, where Jesus 'touched with his hand the disciples… one by one', is a third literal-touch appearance the superlative ignored; and in Ether 3 no one touches Christ — the Lord touches stones, the finger is SEEN): the pre-mortal spirit-body seen and touched-in-figure at the veil (finger 'like unto flesh and blood', Ether 3:6; the Lord names it 'this body, which ye now behold, is the body of my spirit', Ether 3:16), and the resurrected flesh-and-bone body handled after the incarnation at Bountiful (hands thrust into side / prints of the nails, 3 Nephi 11:14, the multitude going forth 'one by one until they had all gone forth,' 3 Nephi 11:15). Both scenes turn on a hand and on physical touch keyed to verification. The phrase 'flesh and blood' is NOT corpus-unique - it also occurs at Mosiah 7:27, 3 Nephi 18:28-30, and Moroni 4:1 ('the flesh and blood of Christ', the sacrament rubric) (and thrice within the theophany itself, Ether 3:6, 3:8, 3:9) - so the link rests on the shared tactile motif and the pre/post-incarnation frame, not on a distinctive shared phrase.
