Samuel the Lamanite declares accomplished the procrastination Amulek had begged against: shared frame — Amulek's plea 'procrastinate the day of your repentance' (Alma 34:33) becomes Samuel's verdict 'procrastinated the day of your salvation… everlastingly too late' (Helaman 13:38). The word 'procrastinate' appears at exactly four loci in the corpus, all on this one warning: it ENTERS with Alma the younger at Ammonihah ('not procrastinate the day of your repentance', Alma 13:27), is taken up twice by Amulek in the Zoramite discourse (Alma 34:33; 'if ye have procrastinated… even until death,' Alma 34:35), and reaches its terminus on Samuel's wall (Helaman 13:38).
