Isaiah 48:22 OPENS with it as a capitalized sentence ('There is no peace…'). 1 Nephi 20:22 APPENDS it, lowercase, after a clause unique to 1 Nephi: 'And notwithstanding he hath done all this, and greater also, there is no peace…'. The 1 Nephi quote is therefore the lowercase-'there' form; the Isaiah quote is the sentence-initial 'There'.
