Near-verbatim cross-book pair, differing only in tense/person: Mormon 8:33 'built up churches unto yourselves to get gain' (Moroni's latter-day rebuke of the reader) vs 4 Nephi 1:26 'build up churches unto themselves to get gain' (the historical onset of Nephite apostasy in the two-hundred-and-first year). The active-voice build-up-churches-unto clause paired directly with 'to get gain' occurs at exactly three corpus verses (recounted 2026-08-10 at the D&C freeze): 4 Nephi 1:26, Mormon 8:33, and D&C 10:56, whose 'build up churches unto themselves to get gain' is word for word with 4 Nephi 1:26.
