The word-shall-hiss-forth figure — Moroni 10:28 ('his word shall hiss forth from generation to generation') closes the corpus on the same figure Nephi opened the coming-forth theme with at 2 Nephi 29:2 ('my words shall hiss forth unto the ends of the earth'). Recount: the 'hiss forth' (words-going-forth) family is corpus-only at exactly three verses — 2 Nephi 29:2, 2 Nephi 29:3 ('because my words shall hiss forth'), and Moroni 10:28 — all the same construction. It is separated by construction from the record's other five 'hiss' occurrences, which carry two different senses: (a) the Isaiah-class summons — 'hiss unto them' at 2 Nephi 15:26 (= Isaiah 5:26), 'hiss for the fly' at 2 Nephi 17:18 (= Isaiah 7:18) — the Lord whistling to summon nations or insects; and (b) 'a hiss and a byword' / 'hiss, nor spurn' (an object or act of scorn) at 1 Nephi 19:14, 3 Nephi 16:9, and 3 Nephi 29:8. The 'hiss forth' construction does not appear anywhere else in the frozen corpus — it is a distinctively Book-of-Mormon coining.
