Inside Mormon's synagogue sermon on faith, hope, and charity (Moroni 7:2, 'I, Mormon, speak unto you'), Mormon quotes Christ directly three times -- 'he spake these words unto our fathers, saying' (7:26), 'Christ hath said' (7:33), 'And he hath said' (7:34) -- and the last citation reproduces the visitation's gospel-command near-verbatim through the opening clause. The citation frame is the point: a record-keeper writing some 286 years after Bountiful (the visitation in the 34th year, 3 Nephi 8:5/10:18; the records hidden in the 320th, 4 Nephi 1:48) quotes the visitation discourse (3 Nephi 27:20, 'Now this is the commandment: Repent, all ye ends of the earth…') back as scripture. The type is shared-phrasing: the shared opening string 'Repent… all ye ends of the earth, and come unto me… and be baptized in my name' is carried near-verbatim on both ends. Differences, reported as textual fact: (1) 7:34 'Repent all ye ends' has NO comma after Repent; 27:20 'Repent, all ye ends' has the comma. (2) 7:34 'come unto me, and be baptized' adds a comma before 'and be baptized'; 27:20 'come unto me and be baptized' has none. (3) the two CLOSE differently -- 7:34 ends 'and have faith in me, that ye may be saved'; 27:20 continues 'that ye may be sanctified by the reception of the Holy Ghost, that ye may stand spotless before me at the last day'. The far end is 3 Nephi 27:20; 27:20 is the tightest source (its 'Repent, all ye ends of the earth, and come unto me and be baptized in my name' matches word order exactly; cf. the looser 3 Nephi 9:22 'repent, and come unto me ye ends of the earth, and be saved'). 7:33's companion citation ('If ye will have faith in me ye shall have power to do whatsoever thing is expedient in me') is the faith frame carried on faith-hope-charity.md, not here.
