The same arrest narrated twice across Mormon's two threads, in near-identical wording. The ch. 21 telling supplies the motive ch. 7 leaves unexplained: Limhi seized them 'supposing them to be priests of Noah', and 'had they been the priests of Noah he would have caused that they should be put to death' (21:23) - the death Limhi mentions and withholds at 7:11. Note: the take-bind-imprison verb sequence also describes Abinadi's arrest (Mosiah 17:5), so the phrasing alone is not unique; the connection is the dual narration of one event, hence type paraphrase, not shared-phrasing.
