Limhi's assembly re-runs Benjamin's formula for formula: proclamation + 'that thereby they might gather themselves together' + the temple + the hear-the-words clause: 7:17 'to hear the words which he should speak unto them', 1:18 'to hear the words which his father should speak unto them'. The full run occurs at only these two verses in the corpus. Whether the formula is the kings' or the narrator's is not stated. Same assembly then hears Benjamin's actual words via Ammon (Mosiah 8:3).
