Editorial promissory note paid four chapters later: 21:35 defers 'an account of their baptism… hereafter'; 25:17-18 is that account, the only baptism of Limhi's people the book narrates ('Therefore, Alma did go forth into the water and did baptize them', 25:18). The word 'desirous' joined to 'baptized' in one verse is confined in the record to Mosiah 21:33, 21:35, 25:17 and Alma 15:13 ('to baptize … whosoever were desirous to be baptized').
