One Book of Mormon, four Revelation, thirteen Doctrine and Covenants, and nowhere else in the Bible; the title is common in the corpus, and it is the ten-word sentence shared at the two ends, not the title, that this record rests on. Variants reported, not scored: Revelation 1:8 reads 'the beginning and the ending,' not 'the end', so 21:6 is the verse that matches 3 Nephi 9:18 exactly; Revelation 22:13 extends the formula (see rev-w1-14).
