Intra-D&C pairing; the register lists the lower-numbered section as its second reference. 'the tithing of my people' stands at exactly three distinct frozen verses in the corpus - these two and D&C 64:23 - and nowhere else in the corpus. Divergences: the earlier verse names a purpose the tithing is for, a house to be built speedily; the later names the tithing as something with a beginning, which the earlier does not. The third carrier states a consequence the other two do not (D&C 64:23), and 'shall not be burned at his coming' stands at exactly one distinct frozen verse in the corpus.
