It is not a tier signal, and it is not a judgment about the connection. Where a card carries the Interpretive badge, the reading is still offered with its evidence for you to weigh — the mark speaks only to the citations.

Divergences: the gospel's verse is an answer correcting a proposed number; the revelation states the figure directly as the terminus of a rule it has been building for three verses, and attaches a condition the gospel verse does not state in its own words - the enemy's repentance. 'seventy times seven' stands at exactly two distinct frozen verses in the corpus - these two.
