The exact string 'from all eternity to all eternity' stands at exactly two verses in the record: Mormon's flat denial that God is partial or changeable (Moroni 8:18, his baptism epistle) and the angel's announcement Benjamin relays of 'the Lord Omnipotent who reigneth, who was, and is from all eternity to all eternity' (Mosiah 3:5); corpus-wide the frozen Pearl of Great Price adds Moses 6:67, 7:29, and 7:31, and the Doctrine and Covenants adds 39:1, 'the voice of him who is from all eternity to all eternity' — a divine self-designation in the same register as Mosiah 3:5's Lord-Omnipotent title (six in all; recounted 2026-08-10 at the D&C freeze). Near-variant: 'from eternity to all eternity' at Alma 13:7 (the priesthood's preparation), outside the exact string. Voice at both ends is a speaker other than the book's compiler: Mormon writing to Moroni; the angel speaking to Benjamin.
