The fixed-state saying. Across the corpus 'righteous still' stands at exactly three verses — 2 Nephi 9:16, Mormon 9:14, Revelation 22:11 — and 'filthy still' at five, those three plus D&C 88:35 and 88:102 (recounted 2026-08-10 at the D&C freeze; 88:35 carries the saying in Revelation's own declarative shape); neither stands anywhere else in the Bible. Variants reported, not scored: Jacob's clause is a declaration about a plural class ('they who are righteous shall be righteous still'), Revelation's is a jussive addressed to an individual ('let him be righteous still'); Jacob names two states, Revelation four (unjust, filthy, righteous, holy), in the order filthy-before-righteous, and Jacob in the order righteous-before-filthy.
