The Lord cites 'the covenant which the Father made with your fathers, saying unto Abraham: And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed' (20:25), naming the hearers 'the children of the covenant' (20:26), and repeats the promise-clause two verses later (20:27, 'In thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed'). The far end 1 Ne 22:9 carries the kindreds-clause verbatim. The Genesis 22:18 source is frozen in the corpus; it reads 'all the nations of the earth be blessed' where the record's citations read kindreds -- and the kindreds form itself stands in-corpus at Acts 3:25 ('all the kindreds of the earth be blessed').
